Orders over € 50 are shipped free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 6:00 PM the same day. We will in any case process your order within 3 working days. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Sicsie ships its products in cardboard letterbox boxes. This keeps the products protected as well as possible. The packages fit through the letterbox.
The fixed shipping costs for these boxes in the Netherlands are € 3.50 The fixed shipping costs for these boxes in Belgium are € 4.95.
After placing your order you will always automatically receive an email from Sicsie (if you do not receive an email, please also check your Spam folder).
Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, after delivery to PostNL in the Netherlands, delivery will take place in 1-2 working days between 9:00 and 18:00.
For delivery to Belgium it takes on average 2-3 days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Have you entered an incorrect address by mistake?
Please send an email right away to email@example.com. In general, the packages are packed and shipped as soon as possible - usually on the day of the order. Send us an email with the change of address as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped before we receive the change, unfortunately we will no longer be able to help you.
You can change your jewelry up to 30 days return after purchase. The return process is as follows:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name, order number and which product you want to return. This way we know that we can expect your order to be returned. Also make sure that you state your name and order number on the package itself!We cannot process your return without this information.
2. Send the product in the original packaging and preferably also in the original shipping box (or a comparable sturdy packaging) to the following address:

The shipping costs are at your own expense. You can send your package with enough stamps via the usual postal service, but preferably send your return package as letterbox package with track and trace back. Then you can track the package and know for sure that it will return properly.
4. When we have received your package, you will receive an email from us. We check the jewelry when we receive it. If we see that the jewelry is damaged or worn, we may apply a reduction in the refund.
5. If we have received the jewelry in good order, you will receive the amount back into your account within 10 days. You will also get your original shipping costs back if you return the entire order.
Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
If you want to exchange a ring in a different size, please indicate this with your return. Also indicate which size you want. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for another product.
