Shipping and Delivery

Orders over € 50 are shipped free of charge in Europe.

Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge in the rest of the world.

All orders are shipped with a track and trace code. 

Sicsie ships its products in cardboard letterbox boxes. These packages fit through the letterbox.

Netherlands: €3,50
Belgium: €4,95

Rest of Europe: €6,95

Rest of the world:  €9,95

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 6:00 PM the same day. We will in any case process your order within 3 working days. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

After placing your order you will always automatically receive an email from Sicsie (if you do not receive an email, please also check your Spam folder).

 

Netherlands: 1-2 working days 
Europe: 2-5 working days

Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

Due to Covid measurements, shipping times may vary. Sicsie is not responsible for a longer shopping time. Please consult your track and trace email for more information about your delivery.

Please send an email right away to info@sicsie.com. In general, the packages are packed and shipped as soon as possible - usually on the day of the order. Send us an email with the change of address as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped before we receive the change, unfortunately we will no longer be able to help you.
